Charcuterie Boards
A charcuterie board is a go-to for hosts, and a fan favorite of guests for good reason.
While "charcuterie" technically means a range of different cured meats, our platters go beyond with a host of flavors, colors and surprises artistically arranged for a delightful display.
Each of our boards include our signature "candied bacon" which is a favorite item among customers.
Please note, as of Fall 2023 we are only accepting charcuterie board orders over $300.

Components of a Ranchmade charcuterie board:
At least 2-3 gourmet cured meats and of course, "candied bacon".
We include a combination of hard and soft cheeses, a mix of both crowd favorites and specialty gourmet cheeses.
Fresh seasonal fruit, dried fruit, olives, nuts, jam, and honey accompany all our boards.
Some specialty items you may find on our boards is our signature homemade bacon jam, house-made truffle rosemary nuts, spinach dip, or huckleberry goat cheese.
We believe an excellent charcuterie board always has a sweet treat, so look for chocolate, cookies or wafers on every board.
We include crackers on the side to maintain freshness (approx. 5 crackers per. person). Additional crackers are $10, please let us know at time of order.
Please note: We work with Mother Nature. Therefore, items on boards many vary on availability and quality. Our products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. Anyone with serious allergies should not consume our products.

Please note: All charcuterie board equipment are loan only & must be returned within 72 hours of pick-up. Items not returned incur a $25/day charge.
